Woodsmen Realty was founded by managing broker Cole Lowery for the sole purpose of providing a full-service land brokerage with trained land agents that specialize in hunting land, recreational land, timberland, farms and ranches.

Too often landowners are led astray by agents who are not engaged in land sales full time. Each tract of land is unique and different, which is why it is crucial to hire a dedicated land brokerage. At Woodsmen Realty, we devote ourself entirely to the land and the owners of it.
